Why go private?

You’re starting something new

Starting something new or joining a group of people you don’t know can bring up lots of fears and worries. By starting off with private classes you can build confidence, understand the basics and know what sort of group class to join if/when you are ready.

You have specific needs

If you have an injury that needs healing, a medical condition or if you are pregnant, I can help you. Having trained in both Accessible Yoga and Pregnancy Yoga, I have the expertise to facilitate a session tailored to you.

You want comfort and convenience

Whether you want to practice in the comfort of your own home by yourself or with your nearest and dearest, a private class offers you just that and at a time that works around your schedule. And what’s more you have the choice of either online or I can come to your home (location permitting).

The beauty of a private class is that the session can be tailored to you!
I facilitate a selection of practices, you can choose to practice one or even a blend to suit your needs.

Hatha/Vinyasa Yoga
Beginners Yoga
Yin Yoga
Classical Mat Pilates
Meditation
Whether you are simply curious about trying something new, want to find something that helps you release stress and tension, maybe you need to heal an injury or would prefer to practice from the comfort of your own home, private classes are an excellent way to practice.
Not only will you be able to feel the benefits 10 fold, but you will be able to focus on just you and what you really need. No private class is the same as I work with each client individually. 
Sessions can be from 45 minutes to 60 minutes and either online or from your home - see the FAQ’s below to find out more.
