Each class is unique and thoughtful with each client taken into consideration, including pregnant woman at any stage, anyone from the LGBTQ+ community and people with disabilites . The common thread in all of my classes is making options available and empowering each client to choose what is best for them.
Soothe Your Nervous System
In a world where stress is at an all time high, I make it a propriety to hold a space where clients can feel safe and comfortable, allowing for the nervous system to come in to place of calm and ease.
Mindfulness Makes For Good Practice
By teaching mindfulness practices, you will learn how to connect to your mind, body and emotions. This helps you to discover and understand what you need and how to align your practice with your needs.

A calming and soothing class created as a tonic for busy lives. With floor based poses held for up to 5 minutes each, this offers you to opportunity to consciously practice slowing down, tuning in and release tension and stress from deep within. Props are available to support your body in each pose.
